Jill Cruse

Jill Cruse has extensive experience in the travel and recreation sectors, currently serving as the VP of Guest Experience at Olivia since November 1989, where responsibilities include overseeing luxury cruises and adventure vacations, as well as participating in company operations and strategy. Prior to this role, Cruse held the position of Chief Travel Officer, focusing on the development and execution of cruise and resort offerings. Cruse's earlier experience includes serving as Community Services Supervisor for the City of San Mateo, where management of day-to-day operations and diverse programming was key, and Recreation Supervisor for the City of West Hollywood, where challenges included addressing local community issues. Additionally, Cruse worked with the Girl Scout Council of Orange County, organizing extensive camping programs and overseeing site maintenance for a large camp. Educational background includes degrees in Physical Education from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate of Arts from Golden West College, complemented by a teaching credential from Humboldt State University.
