Julie Hatch

Julie Hatch, MA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Management Analyst at Olmsted County Minnesota since February 2016, Julie leads initiatives in strategic planning, performance management, and quality improvement. Previously, as a Community Health Specialist, Julie advanced public health practices aimed at reducing health disparities. Julie's background also includes roles such as Mental Health Grant Manager at Goodhue County Education District, where efforts focused on mental health training and program evaluation, and Chemical Health Initiative Director, overseeing community impact strategies and coalition building. Additional experience includes managing the MNSure navigators at C.A.R.E. Clinic and wellness counseling at Weiner Memorial Medical Center.
