Michelle Rossman

Michelle Rossman, M.S., currently serves as a County Commissioner for Olmsted County Minnesota since January 2023 and co-owns Rossman Farms, a 2000-acre agricultural operation, since March 2004. Rossman brings extensive experience in the meat and agriculture industries with strategic roles at Dairy Management Inc. as Vice President of Environmental Stewardship and previously at the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, where responsibilities included directing safety and product quality research. With a strong background in beef safety, Rossman has successfully managed substantial research budgets and led initiatives to enhance industry practices. Rossman holds a Master of Science in Meat Science from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Penn State University.
