Vikas Saini

Vikas Saini is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at OLX Group since March 2022, Vikas leads the development of a complex Loan Management System and collaborates across teams to align organizational goals with company objectives. Previously, as a Lead Software Engineer at Netomi, Vikas oversaw a team of over ten members and managed end-to-end delivery of integration projects. Vikas has also held key positions at Reliance Retail, Naukri.com, and Newgen Software Inc, where significant contributions include optimizing e-commerce search engines, implementing serverless solutions, and designing full-text search architecture. Vikas holds a BTech in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, earned in 2015.
