Kate Elmes is an experienced leader in philanthropy and women's advocacy, currently serving as the Director of Philanthropy at the Olympia Snowe Women's Leadership Institute and as a Commissioner for Maine's Permanent Commission on the Status of Women. Previously, Kate held multiple roles at Trekkers, including Deputy Director and Interim Executive Director, where the focus was on youth development and mentoring. Kate also served as Chair of the Maine Permanent Commission on the Status of Women, advising state officials on matters affecting women and girls.
