Jim C. Beasley

Jim C. Beasley is an experienced executive in the healthcare industry, currently serving as an outside director at Olympus. Prior to this, they were an executive advisor at ValueAct Capital, where they provided strategy and operating expertise on healthcare portfolio investments. Jim has also held the position of group president at CR Bard, where they headed global businesses including Bard Peripheral Vascular, Bard Access Systems, all CR Bard operations in Japan and Latin America, the Lutonix Global Design Center and Bard Global Market Acceleration Program. In this role, they managed seven direct reports at President, Vice President and General Manager levels overseeing total staff of 1,700 global employees. Jim's experience in the healthcare industry makes him a valuable asset to Olympus.

Jim C. Beasley graduated from Midwestern State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Jim also completed the G100 Next Generation Leadership Program.
