Cesar Hebling

Cesar Hebling, MSc, currently serves as the Director of Innovation, Products, and Marketing at OM30, a position held since June 2020, where prior roles included Product and Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager. Before joining OM30, Cesar founded Melow Kits Saudáveis, a healthy food delivery service primarily focused on children, operating on a subscription model and also catering to adults in corporate settings from February 2019 to March 2020. Earlier experience includes a role in Online Advertising at Arco Editorial Ltda, an editorial company known for its architecture-focused publication, Revista PROJETO, from August 2017 to March 2018. Cesar holds a Professional Master's degree in Business Development Administration and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, alongside a Bachelor's in Advertising and Marketing from the same institution.
