Lyndsey Hansen currently serves as the Director of Customer Engagement Centers and previously held the role of IT BA/PM at Omaha Steaks since November 2016, where responsibilities include leading business process mapping and ensuring Business Intelligence deliverables align with business value. Prior to this, Lyndsey was an Organizational Development Consultant at Physicians Mutual, focusing on assessing human performance needs and developing targeted programs. Lyndsey has extensive experience at Omaha Steaks as well, having worked from September 2003 to May 2016 in various training and development roles, culminating as Training & Development Supervisor, where supervision of training staff and activities aimed at maximizing productivity occurred. Educational background includes a degree in Communication from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an associate's degree from Southwest Community College.
