Moath al Hasni

Moath Al Hasni is an experienced ICT professional currently serving as the ICT Support Service Supervisor at Oman Airports Management Company since November 2014, following a role as Support Service Engineer. Responsibilities include maintenance of operating systems, hardware, networks, printers, VoIP phones, and providing help desk support for users and stakeholders. Prior to this role, Moath served as a Technical Support specialist at the Ministry of Education of Oman from September 2009 to November 2014, where duties involved system troubleshooting and management of networks, printers, desktop imaging, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS across six schools. Moath holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information System from Staffordshire University (2011-2013) and a Diploma in Information System from the Higher College of Technology (2006-2009).
