Natalie Thomson

Natalie Thomson is an experienced professional in talent management and leadership development, currently serving as Manager of Leadership and Team Development at OMERS since January 2021. Prior roles at OMERS include Manager of Global Talent and Performance Management and Lead of Global Talent Management. Prior to joining OMERS, Natalie worked at TD from November 2014 to December 2020 in various capacities, including Specialist in Talent Management and Program Coordinator for Performance Management and Career Development. Natalie holds a degree in Commerce with a focus on Managing People and Organizations (HR) from Carleton University and graduated from Oakville Trafalgar High School.
