Natalija Loncar

Natalija Loncar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee and labour relations, organizational development, and business ethics. Currently serving as Manager of Employee & Labour Relations at OMERS since April 2023, Natalija has held significant roles at organizations such as the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Demonstrated expertise includes strategic collaboration with senior executives, leading large-scale organizational transformations, and managing compliance programs to enhance workplace culture. Natalija’s background also encompasses substantial contributions to talent management, performance evaluations, and the development of strategic HR initiatives across various ministries in the Ontario government. Educationally, Natalija holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Western University.
