David Casper

David Casper is an experienced project manager and policy advisor currently working at Omgevingsdienst Brabant Noord since November 2018, where responsibilities include mapping and optimizing workflow processes, advising authorities on policy shaping, and managing stakeholder relationships. Previously, David owned Hermanos Consultancy, providing administrative and fiscal services to expats from January 2013 to July 2019. David holds an Executive MBA from the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School, a Master’s Degree in Life Science and Technology from Delft University of Technology, and is pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification at Acuity Institute.
