Bart Gelsing

Bart Gelsing is a project leader and application manager at Omgevingsdienst Rivierenland since January 2019, previously holding positions as a trainee information manager at both YPublic and Werkorganisatie CGM in 2018. Bart holds a Master of Science degree in Bestuurskunde from Radboud University, completed in 2018, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geschiedenis from the same institution, awarded in 2015. Additionally, Bart obtained a propedeuse in the History Teacher Training program from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg between 2013 and 2015.
