Margriet Stronkhorst

Margriet Stronkhorst is an experienced archaeologist with a focus on policy and advisory roles in various organizations related to archaeology. Currently serving as Adviseur Archeologie at Omgevingsdienst Rivierenland and as Beleidsarcheoloog at Vriens Archeo Flex BV since 2018, Margriet has also contributed to Het Oversticht/Gemeente Deventer and Gemeente Deventer in advisory capacities. Previous roles include Beleidsarcheoloog at Gemeente Utrecht and various archaeological positions with the Archeologie Deventer and other municipalities. Margriet holds a drs. degree in Archaeology, specializing in the Prehistory of Northwestern Europe from Leiden University, alongside a BA in History and Media from Noordelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden.
