Troy Perry

Troy Perry is an experienced policy and advocacy professional currently serving as the Director of Policy & Advocacy at Omidyar Network since July 2021. Previously, Troy held the role of Partner at Franklin Square Group from February 2019 to July 2021 and served as the Director of Member Services & Outreach for the U.S. House of Representatives during 2017-2018. Troy's extensive background also includes positions such as Regional Expansion States Director for Hillary for America, Director of Diversity and Public Engagement at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Senior Political Capacity Organizer at SEIU, and Regional Field Director for Obama for America. Troy began a career in political organizing as Lead Organizer for Hillary Clinton for President and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Management from Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Morehouse College.
