Felicitas Stern

Felicitas Stern currently serves as the General Counsel EMEA at Omni Bridgeway since September 2023. Previously, Stern held roles at Allen & Overy as Senior advocaat from May 2021 to September 2023, and at Loyens & Loeff as Advocaat/Senior Associate focusing on real estate and construction transactions from February 2016 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes work as Advocaat/Associate at NautaDutilh from January 2013 to January 2016, specializing in real estate and infrastructure litigation and transactions for German clients. Felicitas Stern has also contributed to legal associations, participated in a pleading competition, and gained experience through various internships and volunteer roles.
