Ryan Etheridge is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage operations management. Currently serving as General Manager - Dining at Omni Hotels & Resorts, Ryan oversees the dining facility at the corporate offices, managing menu planning, staffing, and financial performance. Previously, Ryan held the position of Director of Operations + Food/Beverage at ClubCorp, where responsibilities included managing various dining operations and financial planning. Ryan's experience also encompasses roles as Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Anatole, Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Marriott Hotels, and Restaurant Manager at Gaylord Hotels, alongside foundational positions in guest services.
