Ivonne Parra, MPH, has accumulated extensive experience in public health research and education. Since August 2018, Ivonne has been a Researcher at OMNI Institute, achieving a promotion in October 2021. Prior to this role, Ivonne participated in a needs assessment for a public health program with Colorado Rapids Youth Soccer Club, focusing on the transition from a free-to-play model to a pay-to-play model. Ivonne's earlier experiences include working as a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and serving as a Health Education and Outreach Assistant at the Health Center at Auraria, where responsibilities included organizing health events and writing a nutrition exhibition proposal. Additionally, Ivonne was a Peer Advocate Leader at the University of Colorado Denver, mentoring students and fostering academic involvement. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of Colorado Denver.
