Topaz Conway

Topaz Conway is a seasoned leader in innovation and startup commercialization, currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Omni Tanker Pty Ltd and Cicada Innovations Incubator. With extensive experience, Topaz has also held positions such as Executive Chair at Biothoughts and Chair of the Investment Committee at Investible Climate Tech Fund. In addition, Topaz has contributed to various organizations including Neuraura and the University of Technology Sydney Foundation. Previous roles include Professor of Practice at UNSW Business School and Non Executive Director at StartupAUS and INCO Australia. Topaz's educational background includes a graduate degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, along with studies at the University of the Pacific and Oregon State University.
