Wayne Moy

Wayne Moy is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in the advertising and broadcasting sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Information Officer for Omnicom in the Asia/Pacific region since November 2021, Wayne Moy assists with IT planning and operational delivery across multiple subsidiary companies. Previously, Wayne Moy held the position of Regional Chief Information Officer at DDB Worldwide, overseeing IT for a major advertising agency group. Prior experience includes significant roles at STAR Group Limited, where Wayne Moy managed systems and broadcast services, and at Perfecta, where the development of an ERP system was led. Wayne Moy also has foundational experience in various IT roles in previous organizations. Educated with an MBA from HKUST, a postgraduate certificate from Nottingham University, and a BSc in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, Wayne Moy possesses a strong academic background alongside a rich professional history.
