Alex Chang

Alex Chang is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in founding and leading companies in various sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and General Partner at Underdog Labs, a venture fund dedicated to early-stage, mission-driven startups, Alex also contributes as a Fellow at On Deck. Previous roles include COO at Pillow and Perfect Coffee, with successful exits through acquisitions by Expedia Group and Blue Bottle Coffee, respectively. Alex has held advisory and leadership positions at companies such as Frontleaf and RealPage, and has a strong background in operations and marketing from earlier experiences at Walmart.com and Roost. Alex holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Political Science and Mandarin Chinese from Middlebury College.
