Derek Harguth

Derek Harguth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, marketing, and management. Currently serving as a Warranty Specialist and Industry Partnership Program Lead at On since November 2021, Derek excels in enhancing the digital customer journey and resolving warranty claims while also training new team members and contributing to cultural development as a Cultural Ambassador. As the owner of Harguth Photography, Derek manages all aspects of the business, focusing on independent photography inspired by the Oregon landscape. Previously, Derek held managerial roles at Starbucks and Rogue Ales & Spirits, where significant improvements in customer satisfaction, team development, and marketing initiatives were achieved. Derek's early career included experiences with the Gresham Grey Wolves and Portland State Athletics, further showcasing a strong foundation in marketing and community engagement. Derek graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management from Portland State University.
