Silvano Spada

Silvano Spada is an experienced footwear designer currently serving as a Concept & Innovation Designer at On since September 2021. Previously, Spada held the role of Performance Footwear Designer at Alpinestars from February 2019 to August 2021 and worked as a Junior Footwear Designer at both Attiva Studio and Ballin Shoes between 2017 and 2019. A notable early achievement includes participation in the Pensole Footwear Design Academy in 2016, where Spada designed an outdoor footwear concept aimed at guiding users through unknown trails, recognized as part of the top 100 new talents in the Pensole Nation Uplifted program. Spada's educational background includes studies at Politecnico Calzaturiero in Italy from 2016 to 2018, Pensole Footwear Design Academy in the US in 2017, and IED in Rome from 2009 to 2012.
