Ella Silverman

Ella Silverman MS is an accomplished account manager with extensive experience in arts and programming management. Currently serving as an Account Manager at On The Stage since March 2024, Ella previously held the position of Manager of Fieldwide Programming at Theatre Communications Group and worked as an Arts, Culture, & Engagement Program Coordinator at Navy Pier. Additional roles include Experience Manager II at Packback, Membership Advisor at Chicago Athletic Clubs, and internships in casting at Chicago Shakespeare Theater and production management at Columbia College Chicago. Ella holds a Master of Science in Leadership for the Creative Enterprises from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Directing from Columbia College Chicago.
