Ron Mitchell

Ron Mitchell is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in technology-enabled workforce and talent solutions. Currently serving as a Board Director at ON24 and a Managing Partner at Low Post Ventures since 2005, Ron co-founded and led Humanity Health as CEO from 2021 to 2023, focusing on career acceleration for underrepresented leaders in healthcare. Previously, Ron held leadership roles as CEO at Hcareers and Virgil Holdings, where innovations in recruiting and career development were central to business operations. With a background that includes positions on the boards of Tabula Rasa HealthCare and other ventures, along with founding initiatives like the AlumniAthlete Network, Ron has a strong track record in strategic business development and enhancing leadership potential across various sectors. Educated at Harvard University and Harvard Business School, Ron holds an AB in Economics and an MBA.
