Aisha Razzak Madda, MBA, possesses a diverse background in management and operations with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Currently serving as DEI & Belonging Manager at Onbe, Aisha has also held roles as Learning & DEI Manager and Learning & DEI Specialist. As the Business Owner of Eyeza Events, Aisha has entrepreneurial experience, and previous positions include Partner Engagement Specialist and Partner Operations Specialist at daVinci Payments, Program Coordinator at Bishop-McCann, and Branch Assistant Manager as well as Leader Development Trainee at U.S. Bank. Aisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and completed an MBA at the University of La Verne.
