Gabrielle Savalle

Gabrielle Savalle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agricultural development and operations management. Currently serving as the Deputy Country Director at One Acre Fund since July 2016, Gabrielle oversees multiple departments including field operations, where significant achievements include the distribution of over 20 million seedlings to more than 180,000 farmers in the Ahmara region. Previously, as Field Operations Lead, Gabrielle expanded the client base from 86,000 to 187,000 while ensuring a 99.9% loan collection rate during the Covid-19 pandemic. Gabrielle's earlier roles include Project Officer at Inter Aide, where support for farmers and cooperative capacity building was conducted, as well as positions at Agri-agence Fert, PlaNet Finance Deutschland, and ausgestrahlt e.V. Gabrielle holds a Master's degree in International Cooperation and Development from Sciences Po Bordeaux and has multiple degrees in political science.
