Margaret Vernon

Margaret Vernon serves as the Impact Director for One Acre Fund, where Margaret has held various leadership roles since January 2008, including Country Director for Burundi and Director of Operations for Rwanda. Prior to this, Margaret contributed as a Peace Corps Volunteer from August 2005 to November 2007. Margaret holds a Certificate in Tropical Forest Landscapes: Conservation, Restoration, and Sustainable Use from the Yale School of the Environment (2021-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University (2001-2005).
