Rosemary Botha

Rosemary Botha is a seasoned research and evaluation analyst with a robust background in agricultural economics and data management. Currently serving as a Global Research and Evaluation Analyst at One Acre Fund since March 2021, Rosemary previously held the position of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Senior Associate. Prior experience includes work as a Research Analyst at the International Food Policy Research Institute, where responsibilities encompassed econometric analysis, data collection, and stakeholder engagement on issues related to agriculture and food security in Malawi. Earlier roles include serving as a Research Consultant at MonRev Consult Ltd and a Research Associate at the International Crops Research Institute for Semi-Arid Tropics. Rosemary's educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College, and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Malawi, Bunda College of Agriculture.
