Shubhra Kumar

Shubhra Kumar is an experienced program director at One Acre Fund, overseeing new country expansion since May 2014. In this role, Shubhra leads teams in market research and pilot programs aimed at serving smallholder farmers. Prior experience includes serving as a research associate at Columbia Global Centers from February 2012 to April 2014 and interning at the Population Council in late 2011. Shubhra holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Warwick, along with a secondary education in Science from The Shri Ram School.
