Vincent Otieno

Vincent Otieno is an experienced professional currently serving as a Policy and Advocacy Associate at One Acre Fund since April 2015, where responsibilities include leading regulatory research and analysis, and supporting political and regulatory risk monitoring. Vincent has held various positions at One Acre Fund, such as Policy Specialist and Talent Sourcing and Outreach Coordinator, contributing to outreach and recruitment processes, and strengthening the organization’s brand in Kenya. Prior to this, Vincent gained foundational experience as a Trainee at Spire and served as a Male Representative in the Kenyatta University Students Association. An internship with the Ministry of Home Affairs involved data collection and report writing on inmate eligibility for non-custodial sentences. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in International Law and Legal Studies from Kenyatta University.
