Claire Caldwell

Claire Caldwell is an experienced operations executive currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at One Home Solution since April 2024. Previously, Claire held senior leadership roles at Lessen, including Senior Vice President of Integrations and Onboarding and Senior VP of Renovation Operations. Additional experience includes serving as a Member of Chief and as Senior Director of Renovations at Zillow Group. Prior roles also encompass multiple senior director positions at SMS Assist, L.L.C., and a focus on national service operations at Colony American Homes. Claire holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Communication focus from the University of Arizona.
