Carly Holloway is an experienced professional in customer insights and media analytics, currently serving as the Voice of Customer Lead at One New Zealand since April 2023. Previously, Carly held the same title at Vodafone from June 2022 to April 2023, and worked as the Customer Insights Lead at Air New Zealand from October 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing the voice of customer program and developing strategic recommendations.
