Charlotte Richmond

Charlotte Richmond is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in agile technology delivery and people management. Currently serving as Chapter Lead at One New Zealand since April 2023, Charlotte fosters the growth and well-being of a diverse team across Aotearoa. Previously, Charlotte held the same title at Vodafone New Zealand for a brief period in early 2023, and served as Associate Director at Deloitte from March 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Wellington ServiceNow Practice and establishing the Rea Cadetship programme. Additionally, Charlotte's career at ANZ spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, and Channel Support, focusing on process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
