Nitin Pande

Nitin Pande is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for One Warm Coat since April 2024. Nitin holds the position of Vice President, Marketing for Global Personal & Home Care at Colgate-Palmolive since January 2019, and previously served as Marketing Director for Home Care in North America. Prior to this, Nitin was the Marketing Director for Hawley & Hazel in Hong Kong from January 2017 to December 2018, and spent over 14 years at Colgate-Palmolive in various marketing roles across different regions. Nitin's career began at Bajaj Auto Ltd, where responsibilities included productivity and manufacturing engineering. Nitin holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, and completed a program in Global Leadership at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth.
