Aastha Sharma

Aastha Sharma is currently serving as a One Young World Ambassador since October 2023. Previously, Aastha held the position of Program Coordinator at Plan_India from August 2022 to September 2024 and was a Z Zurich Scholar at Z Zurich Foundation from April 2023 to October 2023. Aastha also worked as a Legal Advisor & Associate Program Coordinator at Jagori from September 2021 to August 2022. Early legal experiences include internships at Ligamine, Solicitors and Consultants, Chandigarh, and Talwar Associates in January 2020 and January 2018 respectively, as well as positions at the Armed Forces Tribunal, High Court of Himachal Pradesh, and other legal firms. Aastha completed a B.A. LL.B (Hon.) with a specialization in Crime & Criminology from HP National Law University, Shimla, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Rights in Politics, Law, and Society at Hochschule Fulda, starting October 2024.
