Sena Moran

Sena Moran has been in the field of behavioral health since 2008, when they began their career as a Research Assistant at Shands Rehab Hospital. In 2010, they took on two roles at UNC Health Care as a Research Assistant and Practicum Clinician/ Pain Management Counselor. That same year, they also began working as a Community Connector for First In Families of North Carolina (FIFNC). In 2012, Sena Moran started working for Carolina Outreach, LLC as an ACT Team Counselor/Intern, and for THE JEROME GOLDEN CENTER FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, INC. as a Cooccurring Disorders Residential Treatment Program Supervisor and Intensive Case Manager. In 2015, they became a Telebehavioral Health Therapist at Teladoc Health, and in 2018 they began working as a Vocational Expert for the Social Security Administration. In 2020, Sena Moran became the Chief Behavior Specialist at One Eleven, and they are also the Owner of Sena Moran, LLC.

Sena Moran has a diverse educational background. Sena obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2009. Sena then completed a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine in 2012. In 2014, they earned a Certificate in Behavior Analysis, BCBA sequence from the University of North Texas. In 2015, they obtained a Yoga and Meditation Instructor 200 hour certificate from Nada Yoga School, as well as a Mental Health Counselor certification from the Florida Department of Health. In 2016, they were certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) from Yoga Alliance. Additionally, Sena has a Certificate in Hypnotherapy from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (2010) and has completed a Conflict Resolution course from Stellenbosch University (2008). Sena also has a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor certification from the CRCC (Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification) (2012) and a First Aid/Lifeguard/Water Safety Instructor certification from the American Red Cross.
