OneFifteen is a not-for-profit healthcare ecosystem dedicated to the full and sustained recovery of people living with addiction. We are a management services organization that partners with Samaritan Behavioral Health, Inc. and RI International to provide addiction treatment.  Our services include Crisis Stabilization, (24/7), Inpatient Residential (medically monitored and clinically managed services in a residential setting), Residential (clinically managed services with 24-hour support in a state-of-the-art dorm-style setting with clinical programming), Outpatient counseling (intensive and non-intensive counseling services for individuals, groups, and families).
OneFifteen’s Dayton campus, located in the Carillon neighborhood of Dayton and totaling over 4.5 acres, opened in October of 2019 and serves about 2000 individuals each year.

The Community Engagement Team at OneFifteen works to build and maintain relationships with local residents, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance support and resources for people living with addiction. This team collaborates with community advocates and leaders to raise awareness, foster trust, and integrate OneFifteen's services within the Dayton community. Their efforts aim to strengthen the network of care and ensure the success of recovery initiatives in the Carillon neighborhood and beyond.
