Elaina Ross

Elaina Ross, M.Ed, currently serves as the Director of Postsecondary Access at OneGoal, where responsibilities include leveraging coaching and professional development to enhance program directors' efficacy in achieving postsecondary access goals and adapting the national curriculum for classroom and online use. Previously, Elaina held the role of Manager of AmeriCorps at Teach For America, overseeing compliance for over 200 corps members in Eastern North Carolina and the Charlotte Piedmont Triad, and managing multiple compliance projects. Elaina's prior experience includes roles such as Instructional Coach and Lead Teacher at Freedom Preparatory Academy Charter Schools, Director of Operations for Teach For America's Summer Institute, as well as various operational and teaching positions within the organization and local school districts. Elaina holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Christian Brothers University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
