Amr Samih is an IT HelpDesk Analyst and IT Technical Support professional at OneHealth since November 2022, bringing expertise in technical assistance and problem-solving to the role. Prior experience at Hangblak as a Sales Representative from January 2019 to January 2021 enhanced skills in customer interaction and sales techniques. Amr Samih earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Informatics from The German University in Cairo, completing the degree in July 2020.
