Lea Koehler

Lea Koehler, MBA, is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in fitness instruction and consulting. Currently serving as a Group Fitness Instructor at Onelife Fitness and the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington, Lea has also held similar roles at The Fitness Equation. In addition, Lea is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte since July 2018, following positions as a Consultant and Business Technology Analyst. With a long-standing commitment to soccer officiating for the U.S. Soccer Federation, Lea also has a background in analytics, having served as Director of Analytics at VT PRISM. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Digital Technology Management from Indiana University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
