Freya Patton

Freya Patton is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Oner Active since October 2024. Prior to this role, Freya held multiple positions at Broadwick from June 2021 to November 2024, including Head of People, People Partner, and People Advisor. Freya's career in HR began at HelloFresh, where roles included People & Culture Executive, Talent Development and Culture Executive, and Office Coordinator, spanning from September 2018 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as a Language Assistant at Ministerio de Educación from September 2015 to July 2016. Freya's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Spanish from University College Dublin, CIPD Level 5 and Level 7 diplomas in People Management and Strategic People Management from Westminster Kingsway College and Acacia Learning, respectively, as well as a course in People Analytics from Wharton Online in 2020.
