Rahul Bansal

Rahul Bansal is an experienced software engineering professional, currently serving as Director of Software Engineering at OneShield since July 2007, with previous roles including Senior Engineering Manager and Product Manager. Expertise includes project roadmap planning, PAS product management for P&C insurance, Agile practices, requirement elicitation, technical design discussions, and UI/UX leadership for customer and internal portals. Rahul has also held positions in knowledge management, project lead roles, and implementation development, contributing to various clients such as Travellers, ICAT, Gallagher Bassett, and AAA. Prior experience includes software development at CTech LLC and MPS Technologies. Rahul holds a BTech in Information Technology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University.
