Michael Laatsch

Michael Laatsch is an accomplished consultant with extensive experience in marketing, communications, and healthcare. Currently serving as a Consultant at OneSource Center for Nonprofit Excellence since May 2023, Michael is involved in leading various projects for not-for-profit agencies. As the Managing Member of MJL Marcom since February 2019, expertise encompasses healthcare, corporate reputation management, and organizational performance improvement. Previous roles include Healthcare Consultant at BHDP Architecture, where a "patient experience" platform was developed, and Senior Director at Walmart Health & Wellness. Michael held critical leadership positions as Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO at the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau and Vice President of Public Relations and Corporate Communications at Western & Southern Financial Group. Michael’s earlier career includes significant roles at Mercy Health Partners and ChoiceCare/Humana, focusing on strategic planning, marketing, and market research. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Akron.
