Hani Naguib

Hani Naguib serves as the Global Head of Technical Documentation at OneSpan, where leadership involves managing a global team of Technical Writers and Content Developers across North America and Europe since January 2020. Prior to this role, Hani worked at JHServices as a Software Engineer and Content Manager, focusing on developing and maintaining numerous cloud-based applications. Experience at DXC Technology included serving in multiple key roles such as Global Knowledge Management Capability Lead and Global Knowledge Management Operations Lead, where oversight of a large team and the implementation of Knowledge-Centered Support were critical. Earlier professional experience at Matrox involved leading software quality assurance efforts. Hani's educational background includes a degree in Computer Software Technology from McGill University, with ongoing studies at Cornell University and professional certifications in ITIL® V4 Foundation.
