Gemma Willey

Gemma Willey is an experienced governance and project management professional currently serving as the Governance Manager at Ongo since December 2024. Previously, Gemma held the role of Governance Lead at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust from October 2021 to December 2024 and served as Executive Assistant in various capacities, including Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Doncaster Chamber from February 2021 to September 2021. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at John Leggott College as P.A. to the Principal, leading various projects and managing key responsibilities. Additionally, Gemma worked as a claims manager and team leader in previous roles across different companies, complemented by a strong educational background in languages and writing from multiple institutions, including the Open University and Leeds Metropolitan University.
