Anita Arzoomanian

Anita Arzoomanian serves as the Professional Development, Remediation & Quality Assurance Lead at the Ontario College of Pharmacists since January 2012. In this role, responsibility includes managing the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with legislation and policies while overseeing the development and implementation of various professional development and remediation activities. Previous positions at the College involved leading the Professional Development & Remediation Framework and conducting assessments to uphold standards of practice. Prior experience encompasses roles at Shoppers Drug Mart, including Manager of Learning & Development and Pharmacy Operations Specialist. Anita holds a Master of Health Science in Health Administration from the University of Toronto, a Certificate in Adult Training & Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Biochemistry. Additionally, Anita obtained an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Ecole Active Bilingue in Paris, France.
