Benjamin Podolak

Benjamin Podolak is an experienced Electrical & Control Technician/Technologist currently employed at Ontario Power Generation since April 2024. Prior to this role, Benjamin served as Plant Manager at Hybrid Power Solutions from September 2021 to April 2024, where operations and production of a manufacturing facility were executed, alongside the management of inventory and orders through manufacturing software. Previous positions include Electrical Technician, responsible for assembling and testing energy storage systems, as well as roles at Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Fairmont Banff Springs, Danby Appliances, and Crispo Canada Inc., focusing on maintenance, sanitation, and material handling. Benjamin holds a Diploma of Education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technician from Fanshawe College, completed in April 2016.
