Nicolas Bottger currently works as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. He has driven various end-to-end transformations in the US and Canada, and done substantial work on the development of optimal operating models, including a corporate spinout and the creation of a Board of Directors. Prior to BCG, Nicolas has also worked at Scotiabank’s Enterprise Strategy team and Banco de Credito’s FP&A team.
He served as a student trustee for the York Catholic District School Board from 2015-2017, as President of the Catholic Board Council in 2016-2017, and as CEO of OSTA-AECO in 2017-2018.
Nicolas graduated with an Hons. Bachelor of Arts in Global Economics from Western University and a Hons. Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business. During his time at university, he served as a Director and Vice-Chair for the University Students’ Council from 2019-2021, offering strategic guidance during political, economic, and stakeholder uncertainty.
Outside of work, Nicolas is interested in Latin American issues, snowboarding, and scuba diving.
