Cintia Guimaraes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since January 2024, Cintia also holds multiple board roles, including Board Member at Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. and Terranum Corporate Properties, and is an Investment Committee Member for Golgi Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário - FII and Fibra Soma. Prior positions include Regional Head for Latin America at Cadillac Fairview and partnership roles at TozziniFreire Advogados and Arap, Nishi & Uyeda Advogados. Cintia's educational background includes an LL.B. from USP, an LL.M. from New York University, and a Post-MBA focused on business and corporate governance from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios.
